Your order will be packed and passed on to Parcel Force within 2 working days. Parcel Force will deliver in 2-4 days with tracking number provided and signature required. All items are insured. If you prefer faster shipping or other carriers, please contact us before placing an order.
We will reuse old cartons and stuffings to wrap your item as much as possible. Of course, they are clean enough! Please support us to save the earth.
We do not ship to other countries at the moment. Hopefully we will expand in the future!
Please contact us by email or send a message to us on our Facebook page within 14 days from the day you receive your item. To be eligible for order cancellation, item must be in re-sellable condition (includes but not limited to unbroken seal, all packaging materials and accessories). Where a return is required, this should be done at the customers cost. Any cancellations after 14 days 15% cancellation fee will apply.
Return/Refund do not apply for the following situations:
- Pre-order items, perishable items such as (but not limited to) computer software, storage media, paint, printer consumables, etc.
- Accidental physical damage caused by the customer will not be accepted for return.
- Missing accessories, packaging or item cannot be resold as new may incur a restocking fee depending on the extent of the damage.
- We will not accept returns without any prior communication.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable and it will be deducted from your refund.
- You are required to provide proof of sending back the item such as tracking number.
- Abuse of the returns policy will result in your account being banned.
